Our market here in the Cowichan Valley continues to remain active and balanced with sales and average price for a single family home up over numbers reported in June of 2024. New listings coming on the market dropped slightly over new listings in June 2024 but in general our sales, prices and inventory have all gone up over the last 12 months to date. A calm and balance market is great news for both buyers and sellers as we head into the summer months. |

The Benchmark price for a Single Family Home in the Cowichan Valley thru June 2025 was $801,800, up one per cent over June 2024. That is on par with the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board's board-wide benchmark of $803,400.
